For NYR we offer our standard rental camper sizes and delivery and set-up at Roundup Ranch. To reserve a camper for NYR please send an email to Mark or call us at 303-922-6221. Thank you!
The cost for an NYR rental camper is the standard weekly rental rate, tax, and a specially discounted $100 delivery charge. The delivery charge includes delivery of the camper to and from Roundup Ranch as well as set-up and tear-down of the camper.
Campers can also be picked up at our store. If you do not require delivery to NYR please let us know when you make your reservation and we will arrange a time to go through the camper with you.
The standard $100 reservation deposit applies, is separate from the delivery charge, and is refunded if the camper is clean and undamaged when we pick it up from NYR.
We also bring extension cords and make every effort to supply power to the camper (in rare cases, if the 110V power cannot be located, we will leave the extension cord with the camper and the Ranch staff may be needed to find the nearest outlet).
When making a reservation please let us know your site number** as well as other instructions (such as where on the site you'd like the camper to be placed or if you'll be arriving early) as that will help us plan the delivery schedule. Thank you!
Notes:
NYR is the second busiest week of the year for us so making a reservation as soon as possible is recommended.
Bedding, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies are not included with the rental camper.
The $100 delivery fee is offered to NYR guests only. The typical delivery charge for sites within one hour of Denver starts at $350; please call for a non-NYR delivery quote.
*Your site number is not required to make a reservation. In some cases you may not have a site number until you arrive at NYR. We will work with the camp manager to find your site once we arrive at Roundup Ranch.
