Customer Service is an integral part of our business. In our service center, our Roberts Sales Certified Technicians offer a variety of services including wheel-bearing maintenance, winterization, electrical maintenance, lifter-system maintenance, and body work.

In our Service Center we also perform the wide array of customizations that make Roberts Sales campers truly one-of-a-kind, suited to each of our guests' particular needs.

Our goal is to provide superior service - and our job isn't done until you are completely satisfied.

Warranties

All new Flagstaff campers we sell come with a Forest River factory warranty:

Limited lifetime lifter system warranty
Five-year roof warranty
Twenty-five-year floor warranty
Five-year frame warranty
Five-year tent warranty

A lifetime structural warranty is also available, please call for details.
