Reservations: Reservations can be made at any time during the year. We recommend making a reservation at least one week in advance of your intended pick-up date. For busy times like July 4th and the last week in July a reservation of at least four weeks in advance is advisable.

We can accommodate walk-in guests or even reservations made a day or two in advance but calling ahead to see how our schedule looks and how many campers are available is always a good idea.

Deposit: A $100.00 reservation/cleaning deposit must accompany the reservation ($200 deposit in the off-season).

Please be sure of your dates when making reservations since deposits are non-refundable (we will change your dates if available or under certain circumstances a $10 processing fee is retained and the remainder of the deposit is refunded --please call for details).

Hook-up Time: We hook-up campers by appointment only. Please call the morning of your pick-up day for firm appointment time.

The normal hook-up times are 1, 2, 3, and 4 in the afternoon. Morning appointments can be arranged but your rent would start that day (for all afternoon appointments the rent starts the next day--this allows for a free evening to pack, familiarize yourself with the camper, etc.)

Plan on being here about an hour so we can show you how the camper works, have you inspect the camper, and hook up the camper to your vehicle.

A Pre-Delivery Information sheet comes attached to your reservation/deposit receipt and has a summary of the rental details as well as some common sense advice on the back-side. In case you misplace your receipt, here's the Pre-Delivery Information ... information.

*"Sleeps 6" and "sleeps 8" --technically, yes. Realistically, though, not so much. The factory sets the "sleeps __" number based on the number of beds in the camper, not necessarily on the size of each bed in the camper.

For example, a 70" x 80" bed is considered to sleep two people even though it could hold three or four children. A 36" x 64" dinette that converts into a bed is considered to also sleep two people even though it could barely fit one adult.

Bottom line: look for the dimensions listed for each bed to see what size you're actually getting.

**Some features included on sale trailers are not included on rental trailers. To be clear: our rental trailers do not come with an awning, grill, overhead cabinet, prep table, curtain hold-back straps, or a battery. A battery can be rented from us but the other items are a logistical nightmare and, thus, not available for rental. Thank you for understanding!

Fine Print: Roberts Sales reserves the right to change prices, model-year, model, specifications, and camper components at any time without notice. That sounds scary--the only reason we'd change anything from what was agreed upon when a reservation was made is if a catastrophic event renders a camper completely unusable in which case we would make every effort to find a similar camper. For the record, we have never turned away a customer due to a camper not being available.
