The only 12' MAC with an enclosed storage trunk.
The "J dinette" in the front allowed seating for 6 or 7 people.
This was an excellent layout with a huge amount of floorspace and wide-open countertops that provided easy movement around the camper and lots of room for coolers, bags, etc.
This is another example where a camper being discontinued leaves us scratching our head. The 229 was a great design that we thought would be around a long time.
