NOTE: Online volume retailers may have lower prices than we can offer on certain items. We're glad to provide these items as a "one stop" convenience, but we want our customers to know some items may be cheaper elsewhere. Items that may be better sourced online are marked with a green "O".

Returns
Returned parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned parts that show signs of abuse, wear, or are otherwise not in the same condition as when they were sent are not eligible for a refund. Any shipping charges regarding returned parts are the customer's responsibility.
* These options are for installation on our sale tent trailers for sale customers; they are not available on a rental basis--sorry!
** This very rough estimate assumes a credit for the new, smaller tires that came with the camper being retained by Roberts Sales. The price also varies greatly depending on the wheel composition (steel/aluminum) and the size and specifications of the tires. Since there are too many tire and wheel choices to list here properly please ask us about tire and wheel options and we'll nail down a more precise price for the tires and wheels.
*** On all current Flagstaff models a plug-in jack is already on the light fixture or in a separate jack near the edge of the ceiling--no extra installation is necessary.
**** On some models adding a second propane tank may require moving the battery pack above the lift-winch (at additional charge)
***** Installation quoted refers to exterior hook-up only, interior/in-counter installation priced separately

♦ Sales tax extra. 8.81% sales tax applies to the parts used for each installation, not for the labor involved. For parts shipped to a Colorado address, Colorado charges a "Retail Delivery Fee" of $0.29 for all delivery orders.
♦♦ The rear receiver is intended to hold a bike-carrier, not to tow a second trailer in tandem or for a platform carrier. Customers requesting this option must sign our over-the-top Release Form indicating their understanding that the use, loading, road conditions, speed of travel, etc. in using the rear receiver is the full responsibility of the customer.
◘For phone orders, these items will be drop-shipped from Flagstaff's factory; this minimizes the shipping charge.
