The wheel well cover extends into the dinette area (it has to--no choice given the layout) resulting in decreased the leg-room.

When the sofa is made into a bed, it cuts off the walk-way from the dinette and galley area to the front of the camper. This may not be an issue if the sofa stays in sofa form, but be aware a bottleneck is created with the sofa in bed form.
